Joe is the President and CEO of Precision Information, LLC, the publisher of the Educated Investor® University which is the online delivery platform used by the Investor Education In Your Workplace® program. Joe is a Registered Investment Advisor, a former member of the Wisconsin Governor's Taskforce on Financial Literacy, and has been a featured speaker on dozens of financial programs on CNBC, CNNfn, Bloomberg, and many other media outlets.
Don Blandin, president and CEO of the Investor Protection Trust (IPT) and the Investor Protection Institute (IPI), has worked in and with a wide variety of public and private-sectors, including business and industry; nonprofit associations; academia and philanthropic foundations; and federal, state and local government, both in the U.S. and globally. Don has been building national and international coalitions and partnerships for more than four decades.
Lois Kitsch joined the National Credit Union Foundation (NCUF) as the National Program Manager of the REAL Solutions program in December of 2006. REAL Solutions is focused on building the financial capability of American families. NCUF is working to increase the number of financial counselors in U.S. credit unions, encourage credit unions to offer experiential learning programs and offer nonprime auto loans to members. In her prior role as the Director of Field Projects with the Filene Research Institute, Lois piloted the REAL Solutions program, which implemented and tested new business models designed to serve new target markets, including young adults, immigrants and modest income households. After the transition of REAL Solutions to NCUF, the REAL Solutions program is now offered in all 50 states.
Dave Mancl takes a leadership role on all issues of financial literacy and supervises the DFI department's related programs and initiatives. Harvard Kennedy School named the WI Office of Financial Literacy as one of its 2009 National Top 50 - Innovations in Government. President George W. Bush appointed Dave Mancl to the President's Advisory Council on Financial Literacy on January 22, 2008 and he has served as Executive Director of the Governor's Council on Financial Literacy. Mr. Mancl is the state chair of the Wisconsin Jump$tart Coalition on Economic and Personal Financial Education for Youth.
