1. 80% of participants complete all ten hours of online training.

2. Up to 40% improvement in participant finance and investing knowledge.

3. Up to 50% improvement in participant attitudes and behaviors such as improving financial well-being; setting investment goals; implementing a budget; and starting or increasing contributions to 401(k), IRA, or equivalent plans.
